Contact Us - Questions Or Queries | ![]() Return And Replacement Policy & Details If your item is not what you ordered and you have not used the product or opened the packaging then you will have the choice of a full refund or replacement which will be issued as soon as the item has been returned to us. When returning and order please fill out the returns form and place it in the bag along with the returned items and order form receipt. If a replacement or refund is wanted then you must send back the return form, receipt and item(s) within 28 days of placing your order. When a refund is given it will be for the value paid for the items returned, not the postage and delivery amount. Also please be aware that you will have to pay the postage to return the items, to ensure the items successfully get back to us we recommend you send it recorded delivery, as if we do not receive the items back we will not be able to give a refund. If you want a replacement one as the one you have received is incorrect, then please indicate it on the returns form and we will send the correct one out to you. If a replacement or refund is wanted you will have to pay the postage to send it back to us, however we will pay the postage and packaging deliver cost on the replacement we send back to you if the fault was on FM Designer Fragrances side. Please remember if you want to return an item the item can only be returned if it is unopened. If your item has been damaged in any way, then it would have been damaged in the delivery process.
